Joining is simple: Come to one of our quarterly meetings and fill out a commitment form or complete one online. It’s a quick and easy form asking you to agree to donate $400 annually – $100 per quarter – to the organizations/causes that the membership votes to receive the money. (We also offer a team option for women who would like to participate with someone in order to share in the cost of the total donation.) We also collect an annual admin contribution which is detailed below.
As an Individual member, you are making a quarterly commitment of $100 to each non-profit who receives the most votes. $400 Annually. Letters will be mailed directly from each organization to each donor for tax purposes.
TEAMS (2, 3 or 4)
We encourage any level of giving. If a $400 commitment per year is too steep at this time, feel free to gather a team of 2, 3 or 4 to share in the donation. Each $100 donation earns ONE nomination and ONE vote at the next meeting. As a team, you are making a quarterly commitment of $100 to each non-profit who receives the most votes. $400 Annually. (We only collect $100 checks, so it is up to your team to decide who is writing the check each time.)
Annual Administrative Contribution
We collect an annual $20 contribution towards administration costs when you join and again each year in April. It helps with things like printing, website hosting, promotional materials, marketing, etc.
